Dimed Laser appreciates the interest you have shown in our company, products and services by visiting our websites such as dimedlaser.com or other related communication channels, including, but not limited to, our social media pages, channels, mobile apps and/or blogs (together “Dimed Laser Pages”). This Privacy Policy applies to all the Personal Information Dimed Laser collects online and offline when you interact with Dimed Laser, such as when you visit Dimed Laser Pages, when you use the products or services offered by Dimed Laser, when you purchase products of Dimed Laser, when you subscribe to newsletters and when you contact our customer support, either as a visitor, a customer or a potential customer, or an agent of our suppliers or business partners, etc.

Download IFU in electric form Data
Dimed Laser provides the IFU in paper form together with the products, and provide the IFU in electric form through the website.
When you want to download the IFU in electric form, Dimed Laser will collect your Name, Email, and Country/City, in order to inform you whenever the IFU has been updated via email.
GET In Touch Data
You can choose to submit any comments, questions, requests, or complaints about our products and/or services, including downloading the Brochures, through “GET in Touch”.
When contacting with Dimed Laser, it is necessary to collect the following data:
- The country/city;
- Clinical application;
- Role (doctor, company contact person, distributor or end-user);
- Requirements;
- Whether they have laser product experience and other supplementary information.
We use this Personal Information to respond to your questions, fulfil your requests, resolve your complaints as well as to improve our Dimed Laser Pages, products and services.

Dimed Laser uses a variety of technical and organisational measures and procedures under the guidance of ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system (ISMS) to protect your Personal Information. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a minor, we will immediately delete the data from our records.
